Mosgortelecom will be placed in DPC for 113 million a year

On December 30, 2013 the Moscow city agency on telecommunications announced results of an open competition and readiness, by its results, to signing of the contract on placement of server and telecommunication equipment with Electronic Moscow company, for three years.

Project Tasks

The contractor of the government contract should place the customer's equipment in the data processing center (DPC), to provide smooth functioning of life support systems of DPC, to provide access to the customer to channels of communication, to organize technical support service of DPC on duty and also to develop regulations of interaction of technical supports of the customer and contractor.

In DPC of the contractor the high-speed lines of connection laid by two independent and geographically spaced routes should work. The contractor is obliged to provide a connectivity to networks of the telecom operators providing communication services to the Government of Moscow according to the signed public contracts.

Provision of services - round the clock (with coefficient of availability it is not lower than 99.9995%), including days off and holidays, during the period from the date of the conclusion of the government contract till December 31, 2016.

Project Results

According to protocols of tender, the company R-Style also "Electronic Moscow" took part in tender on the right of the conclusion of the government contract. The winner of competition recognizes the company "Electronic Moscow" with the best offer on set of parameters: the contract price, quality of works, services, qualification of the participant of tender, degree of study of a subject of biddings and development of proposals of the participant of tender on implementation of requirements to the rendered services for achievement of the best result, the proposal of the participant on the organization by the person on duty of service, presence at the participant of the certified quality management system of GOST P ISO series 9001, delivery dates of goods, execution of works, rendering services, term of provision of a guarantee for goods quality, works, services.
