Content

On January 13, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced automation of a number of business processes in the state museum of history of GULAG.

Project Tasks

The management of the museum decided to automate activity of shop, at the museum, trading in souvenirs.

The system meeting requirements was required:

  • accounting of goods receipt from the partner on a warehouse of shop;
  • order of goods to the supplier;
  • recalculation of goods (inventory);
  • design of goods returns to the supplier and from buyers;
  • accounting of sales of goods;
  • movement of goods between the organizations;
  • work with acquiring systems.

The partner in the project the company "1C-Rarus" (earlier the company delivered in the museum software "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff 8").

Project Progress

Specialists 1C-Rarus provided to the customer suitable products. The management of the State museum made the decision to purchase the 1C: Retail 8 program.

Project Results

Engineers of integrator set the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and the 1C: Retail 8 program, were convinced of a correct program runtime. Together with the customer entered initial information in the database. Put a workplace of the cashier into operation, configured unloading of data from "1C: Retail 8" in "1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and a budget institution staff 8".
