"Light" optimizes accounting in the enterprise

On January 14, 2014 specialists of the Novosibirsk branch "1C-Rarus" announced execution of works on setup of a system of tax accounting in Svetly Ltd.

Project Tasks

Specifics of maintaining and control of use of money in Svetly Ltd: the methodology of financial accounting is defined by management company, for tax accounting the general accounting rules of costs are appointed.

Each child organization developed methodology of tax accounting independently. For unification of processes the management made the decision on transition to "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" with completion of the software product under the specifics.

Project Progress

Cost accounting business process optimization, setup of tax accounting, reporting mechanisms according to requirements of management company Svetly Ltd specialists of the Novosibirsk branch "1C-Rarus" developed. Works on methodical providing, technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system are performed.

Adapting cost accounting, specialists carried out correction of methodology of the cost accounting. Business processes of monthly closing of accounting records are completely reviewed, procedures of preparation of preliminary data for costs are optimized.

Project Results

The organization could reduce time for closing of reporting period from 20 to 2 days. Tax accounting and application of PBU 18/02 is delivered, mechanisms of submission of the reporting to UK are created.
