Severalmaz implements the system of on-line reports generation

On January 16, 2014 the company FIORD announced implementation by specialists of Ltd company "NPO SPB EK of the report generator Dream Report on at the mining and processing works which is a part of joint-stock company Severalmaz.

Project Progress

System management, at the level of controllers, is constructed on the basis of the equipment of firm Siemens. The top level of the human-computer interface is provided SCADA- a packet WinCC. The software, including Dream Report, it is unrolled on servers under management Windows Server 2008, 64-bit architecture.

Project Results

Dream Report creates reports on the basis of data, in real time, received using the driver for WinCC. Sampling frequency, or each 2 seconds, or on change of value of the tag in a certain interval. The functionality of archives and alarms is implemented by means of WinCC. Preserving of data is made on the selected remote SQL Server.

The main objective of Dream Report – report generation on the technical and economic indicators (TEI) of work of factory, including electroaccounting, power accounting, a water consumption, accounting of engine hours of the equipment, accounting of overall performance. The output of result is made for the fixed period, or set by the operator.

The user interface is implemented by fixed functions of Dream Report via the web browser. For convenience all this representation is integrated into the HMI interface. Quantity characteristics of the project:

• about 300 external tags;
• in internal network 18 workstations having access to the configured Web server are installed.
