On January 21, 2014 "PARUS Corporation" announced project completion of creation of the information system "Monitoring of Health Care" on the platform of the PARUS Budget 8 software product for Medical information and analytical center of the Vladimir region.
Project Progress
A system is constructed on architecture "the uniform server": all 115 medical organizations of regional subordination are connected to the centralized resource MIAC, remote users (all — about 1 thousand) work with a system via the web interface.
A system automates process of collecting, consolidation, monitoring and data analysis about activity of the medical organizations that provides the management and specialists of Department of health care of the Vladimir region of up-to-date information for management of the industry. Each medical organization monthly submits more than 60 reports, including and independent (more than five additional reports on the salary, operational collection of information on incidence, vaccination, death rate and other indicators).
After system implementation labor costs on formation of the code of the reporting at the level MIAC considerably decreased. In a system mechanisms of monitoring of timely submission of reports by organizations with the automatic notification of chief physicians on the admission of terms are implemented, integration with an electronic document management system is performed.
Maria Degtereva, the director of GBUZVO MIAC of the Vladimir region, noted: "Application of a system allowed to exclude the large volume of manual work on formation of data in the Excel format. At the same time not only operating by data, but also accomplishment by curators of functions of control of process of collecting of the reporting at all its stages becomes simpler. Users note convenience of work with a system, in particular, all quickly mastered and now actively use in work the built-in form designer. The convenience of work and flexibility of a system PARUS allowed us to make the decision on independent support of this solution".
