MGTS implements schedule system and control of work of personnel

On January 20, 2014 MGTS announced opening of the center of scheduling of work of the removed personnel allowing to reduce the term of connection to the high-speed Internet on GPON technology and to increase service quality of subscribers of MGTS.

Project Results

The new center of scheduling is created on the SAP Workforce Management platform which gives the chance to coordinate work of removed personnel - more than 1.5 thousand assemblers, taking into account specialization of employees, their load and location. Automation of this process will allow to increase twice at the same resources the volume of the executed requests of clients, significantly improving control over quality of their execution and service rate.

During the test period of work time of connection of the wire Internet and elimination of technical faults was reduced by 80%" — Herman Yurtayev, the sales director and to service of MGTS noted.
