Home.ru" agreed with Inoventica about lease of trunk data transmission channels

On January 22, 2014 it became known - Inoventica and "Дом.ru" signed the contract for project implementation of federal scale on use of trunk infrastructure of data transmission.

The head company of the Inoventica group of Kommunikatsii dlya innovatsy Ltd and provider of services of broadband access of "Дом.ru" (ER-Telecom company) signed the contract within which Inoventica will provide access to own trunk infrastructure, in the territory of five federal districts of the Russian Federation, with the guaranteed capacity of each connection of 100 Gbps. It will give the chance of "Дом.ru" to raise a data exchange rate between regional, city networks, to improve quality of services and to enter the new product markets.

Contract amount is more than 70 million rubles. Total bandwidth on which the contract is signed, with high probability - the largest, for the history of the Russian market of communication services.

"Cooperation with the Inoventica Group will allow "Дом.ru" to optimize construction costs of own backbone networks, to increase quality existing and also to implement new services and applications, without reducing access rate for subscribers", - Sergey Gusev, the First Deputy CEO, the technical director of "Дом.ru" emphasized.

"We are sure that providing access to trunk infrastructure of Inoventica to such large player of the market as "Дом.ru", will be only the first stage of cooperation. In the light of the last legislative initiatives setting requirements to storage of personal and other types of data, their reservations and processings, access to a hybrid cloud will allow to close not less effectively requirements of the operator and other players of the market for this area, – Pavel Pozdnyakov, the Acting CEO, the commercial director of Inoventica company noted. - Access to all line of cloud services of group will become additional benefit for Internet users of "Дом.ru"".
