Biography

Gusev Sergey Aleksandrovich was born on December 6, 1972, in the city of Nizhnekamsk.

Left Petrochemical College in the city of Nizhnekamsk, in 1992, in "a computer, devices and devices".

From 1996 to 2001 worked as the technical director, the CEO of Tatinvest Ltd, and in 2000 gained the diploma of the graduate of the Kazan state technical university in "economy and management at the enterprise".

In 2001 Gusev began to work as the CEO of JSC TVT shopping Mall.

In 2003, having left the company, became the deputy CEO for telecommunications and automated control systems in JSC TAIF, and in a year passed into TATMEDIA company where held a post of the deputy CEO.

In 2004 Sergey Gusev completed training at the State financial and economic institute of Kazan, received degree of MVA.

In 2006 Gusev was invited to a position of the First Deputy CEO and technical director of ER-Telecom Holding Ltd.

Since 2015 it is appointed the First Deputy CEO — the director of the macroregion "Northwest" in Rostelecom company.

Since December, 2016 — the vice president — the director of macroregional branch "Ural" of PJSC Rostelecom.

It is awarded with an honourable medal for participation in organization of events on the occasion of the celebration of the 1000 anniversary of Kazan.
