On January 22, 2014 the company EOS GROUP announced implementation in an IT landscape Monolithic construction management-1 of JSC of mobile application iSelf for interaction of page EDMS "CASE".
Project Tasks
In Monolithic construction management-1 JSC document flow is automated on the platform EDMS "CASE".
The company management needs to work with documents, being out of office, and, with the advent of tablet computers, the president of the company actively uses Apple iPad in the business purposes. With system implementation of electronic document management, there was an opportunity to provide to the head mobile access to EDMS.
Project Progress
For implementation of an assigned task the iSelf application is used. It is used as the basic for mobile work of heads. For January 21, 2014 the president and vice presidents of the company work with the iSelf application.
Project Results
The key scenarios put in functionality of the application are actively used: approval of documents, vising and consideration of draft resolutions of appointment of contractors.
Opportunity offline work is also very demanded as work with documents is often conducted on the way.
