Content

On January 23, 2014 the Softline company announced implementation of the training system in Renaissance Life insurance company. Implementation was implemented by Mirapolis company.

Project Tasks

The customer was faced by a task - to provide employees with an effective training system with remote and attendance forms. The company management tried to avoid shortcomings of earlier used electronic training systems.

Project Progress

The Mirapolis company managed to provide the most flexible solution which is set up under all requests, to fill up the functionality necessary for the customer.

Project Results

Complex training of employees Renaissance of Life assumes mass purpose of positions in SDO and training events. Learning process is most transparent: all way from registration before passing of final testing is visible. The important feature – a training system is capable to work at the minimum quantity of resources which support her.

Each employee in a system has a personal account. To the worker the individual plan is automatically appointed: the cycle of trainings necessary for a specific position in the companies, and terms of its passing is defined. The program notifies "pupil", the head and the administrator on approach of the end of rates, supplies with required materials and resources. Teachers of full-time courses and trainers obtain the necessary information for training of the audience. In a system the possibility of manual correction of processes is put: for example, it is possible to change filling of rates.

Assessment of results is made by criteria which are provided by a rate or a subject. His results by KPI from a system of accounting of activity are attached to the participant (it is possible to select KPI corresponding to each rate). Results are sent to the head, and these groups – to the trainer. If the employee did not hand over testing or did not show necessary results, he is not allowed on the following step of training. The trainer can unload at any moment the list of all who passed or were not trained. At the same time there is a possibility of filtering that allows to analyze a situation on certain regions and the cities of the country.

The resource allows to create text rates with loading and listening of audiofiles, with loading and watching video files. In a system there is a possibility of creation of the presentation in the PowerPoint format, loadings of pictures and a flash animation.

Romuald Mirumyan, the head of training center of Renaissance Life company, noted: "The company works through the whole country and has agents even in such localities where from 6 to 10 thousand people live. We considered: to carry out all subjects of a basic and post-basic training course by forces of trainer's structure in each our division, we will need more than 8 years! Thanks to a combination of remote rates and webinars and also automation of some processes to us managed to reduce waiting time from three months to three weeks. We saved means and resources of the company. The system of distance learning helps us to make training public, expands possibilities of its carrying out. The maximum feature set with which we are completely happy today was succeeded to offer Mirapolis companies".
