Prominzhiniring started implementation of ERP

On January 23, 2014 the KOMPAS company announced the beginning of system implementation "KOMPAS: Production management" in Prominzhiniring company.

Prominzhiniring purchased at KOMPAS company of the license to use of industry solution for the construction organizations of a subsystem "KOMPAS: Production management".

In January, 2014 test implementation of the purchased solution began.

Project Progress

Attracted Prominzhiniring company in industry solution the considered specifics of business processes of construction which strongly differ from standard business processes of management of production that is explained not only by industry features, but also the state legislation regulating this type of activity.

Project Results

In the solution maintaining construction estimates is implemented (and the initial option can be imported from specialized software for calculation of estimates in the ARPS format). There is a procedure of automatic formation of the schedule from lines of the estimate. Reports on the schedule are implemented:

• "Calendar schedule",
• "Requirement plan in materials",
• "Requirement plan in machines and mechanisms",
• "Requirement plan in personnel".

Maintaining the Runtime journal of works in which all work flow on an object and also release of KS-2, KS-3, KS-6 forms and KS-6a is registered is automated. Business process of supply of construction is supported by materials. Materials requirement forms on the basis of the schedule.

Account of work and idle times of machines and mechanisms is kept, at the same time automatic calculation of payment of use of the rented cars and mechanisms with printing of the report on standard ESM-6 form is made.
