On January 24, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced commissioning of a system on the 1C: Trade Management platform in the Agency production-agency.
Project Tasks
For effective work and distribution of working time of employees, the agency needed to configure all types of the reporting, to optimize interaction of creative groups with customers and with each other, to minimize the same transactions. The management made the decision to automate a number of business processes of the company.
Project Progress
Specialists 1C-Rarus booked audit and consultations on the choice of the software, options of its maintenance. The customer selected the solution "1C: Trade Management".
Project Results
In the Agency with the help "1C: Trade Management" are automated:
- vendor relationship management (order placement and settlement),
- sales management, logistics and transport (analysis of sales, order placement, cost accounting of works, settlings with clients, pricing, price lists, management of a warehouse).
Work of personnel is optimized, reporting is improved. Implementation of the 1C: Trade Management software product helped to create the uniform mechanism using which distribution of employees by projects, taking into account requests of customers and the necessary quality level of execution is made.
