Rosimushchestvo implemented MS Dynamics CRM on 3000 employees

In January, 2014 Rosimushchestvo announced commissioning of an automated system of the personified management of state property.

Project implementation took about a year, and part in it was taken by GMCS companies (entering into Maykor),Deloitte of the CIS,Forecast and Microsoft. About 3000 employees in central office and territorial authorities of Rosimushchestvo became users of a new solution.

The unrolled system represents integrated solution based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint Server BizTalk. It is integrated with internal subsystems of a single system of management of state property (including – with EDMS and the interdepartmental portal) which part is and also with SIEI and uniform portal of state services.

At a stage of commissioning a system supports such functions as issue of statements from the register of federal property, sale (privatization) of the land plots, providing the land plots in lease, gratuitous fixed-term use or permanent (termless) use, etc.

A system contains the detailed description of logic of business processes with various routes of passing of the request in Rosimushchestvo to provide an opportunity at each stage to control process of providing state services, to reduce time expenditure due to automation of standard transactions and to receive the reporting connected with it.

According to Rosimushchestvo, in 2014 it is going to expand a set of the state services supported by a system. For example, the staff of department will be able to use it within implementation of reception of citizens, consideration of oral and written citizens' appeals and adoption of solutions on them and also the direction of the answer to applicants.

Also a system will support providing the first-priority right of the property acquisition which is not included in structure of the privatized property, placement of federal authorities and other organizations, implementation of the distrained property turned into the property of the state and physical evidences and the withdrawn things and also some other state services.
