Multiservice Payment System LLC (MPS) is a Russian nationally significant payment system (register of payment systems operators dated 31.10.2014), registered in the register of the Bank of Russia in accordance with the requirement of the Federal Law "On the National Payment System" on April 19, 2013. (registration certificate No. 0022), as well as, in accordance with the requirements approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 30.03.2013 No. 285 and Order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia No. 1860 of 01.10.2013, recognized as the Customs Payment Operator.

The report on the balances of funds in personal accounts with customs authorities has become available online

Thanks to the joint work of Multiservice Payment System LLC and the FCS of Russia as part of the service for providing reports on the status of personal accounts in the customs authorities, a new type of reporting is becoming available for our customers: information on cash balances on payment documents on the personal account of a participant in foreign economic activity.

The traditional system of document management between the participants of the Foreign Trade Service and the Federal Customs Service of Russia involves sending a request to a certain customs authority to obtain information about the state of the personal account. At the same time, the answer, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation, is sent within a month, for which the information manages to lose its relevance.

Multiservice Payment System LLC, acting within the framework of Order 281-r of the Federal Customs Service of Russia dated October 07, 2014, implements the possibility of providing reports in real time through the Personal Account 2.0 on the website.

To obtain the appropriate reporting form, the Foreign Economic Activity participant only needs to select the customs authority of interest to him and sign the request with an electronic signature. After that, within a few minutes, the report is formed in electronic form with the ability to further save data in PDF and Excel formats.

Until now, only two forms of reports were available: on confirmation of payment of customs payments and on the spending of funds.

Main activities and settlement centers of the Ministry of Railways

The main activity of the company (as of November 2016) is the provision of ROUND payment service to participants in foreign economic activity to pay customs payments to the accounts of the Federal Treasury using ROUND cards in real time directly at customs posts or remotely through the "Personal Account." Also, on the basis of order of the Federal Customs Service of Russia No. 378-r of 29.12.2012, the company provides IPPAY technology for receiving payments from individuals through devices (ATMs, electronic payment terminals) installed at border crossings.

As of November 2016, the main Settlement Centers of Multiservice Payment System LLC were: OJSC Bank VTB and PJSC, and the largest Bank Renaissance Russian and multinational payment system participants, banks including JSC, ALFA-BANK PJSC AKB, Sviaz-Bank JSC AKB, CJSC, NOVIKOMBANKRaiffeisen Bank JSC, UniCredit Bank JSC, CJSC KB and Citibank other credit organizations. The company owns its own processing center, built on the high-tech industrial solution of LLC "," the architectural BPC planning of which took into account the highest reliability and safety requirements.
