Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

• the set of the consolidated statements according to IFRS and for providing the Company to shareholders based on the consolidated statements is automated;
• the automatic process of formation of root forms of the reporting is configured, the process steps and reports created during each stage are defined;
• it is finished configurations on specific features of accounting and management at the enterprise;

Maintenance

• Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
• The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
• Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
• Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made
• Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed
• Setup and check of access to the Internet version of ITS and to Internet services "Ask a Question to the Line of Consultations of 1C", "Ask a Question to the Auditor" is made

Description

Machine-building and industrial group "Tractor Plants concern (Machinery & Industrial Group N.V.) is one of the largest Russian integrators of scientific and technical, production and technology and financial resources in mechanical engineering, as in Russia, and abroad. In management of machine-building and industrial holding there are more than 20 largest enterprises located in 10 territorial subjects of the Russian Federation (Moscow, the Altai, Krasnoyarsk regions, the Volgograd, Vladimir, Kurgan, Lipetsk regions, the Chuvash, Karelian and Mordovian Republics) and also in Denmark, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Serbia and Ukraine.

Productive activity "Tractor Plants concern is provided by five directions:

• industrial mechanical engineering,
• agricultural mechanical engineering,
• spare parts and OEM-component parts,
• railway mechanical engineering,
• special purpose mechanical engineering.

The diversified portfolio of the made products provides to holding the extensive customer base and moves ahead six own specialized trade and service structures in 40 countries of the world through the extensive dealer network numbering about 300 companies.

In April, 2008 the management of KTZ LLC made the decision on implementation of the unified information system of company management based on the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Consolidation PROF". Main goal of the project is successful implementation of the automated control system with the subsequent possibility of formation of the consolidated financial, management reporting, carrying out the analysis of reliability and timeliness of accounting of intra group transactions at all enterprises of Group entering consolidation perimeter based on the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. Consolidation PROF". Entered perimeter of project implementation of implementation of the automated control system parent organization "Tractor Plants concern (Machinery & Industrial Group N.V.) and 85 subsidiary companies, 1 associated, the 2nd coproduction. For the solution of this task the Inform Standard LLC company having sufficient experience on accomplishment of large corporate projects and which well proved in the field of implementing solutions on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was selected.

"The Inform Standard is held demonstrations by specialists of the company of Ltd company opportunities of the application solution, program installation, elementary education of users to work in a system, setup and completion of a configuration.

In a project deliverable the information system allowing to prepare automatically the consolidated statements of the enterprise was constructed, having increased efficiency and having reduced labor costs by its formation.

The project covered the following functional directions:

• Preparation of the consolidated statements under RAS:
• Collecting of the Russian regulated reporting of parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates and their cameral check;
• consolidation of the reporting under RAS with elimination of intra group transactions and a remaining balance by calculations, including calculation and elimination of an unrealized profit.

Transformation of the Russian accounting records in the consolidated statements provided according to IFRS including:

• primary reclassification and calculation of transformational adjustments (more than 100 postings);
• formation of a set of the consolidated statements according to IFRS;
• formation of a set of the reporting for providing the Company to shareholders based on the consolidated statements according to IFRS.

In total the set of the reporting under all functional directions included more than 300 forms.
