Project Description

Need of providing the company with the effective tool for centralized operation by financial flows became a main objective of the project.

As the platform for creation of a budgeting system the 1C: Consolidation 8 configuration intended for automation of a broad spectrum of the managerial tasks connected with preparation, consolidation and the analysis of the reporting of holdings was selected.

As the partner for accomplishment of the complex project by the customer the Microtest company having experience of automation of treasury in holdings on the platform of 1C including based on the solution "1C: Consolidation 8" was selected.

The step-by-step strategy of implementation which allowed to automate the following subsystems was applied to project implementation:

  • Data analysis and forecasting;
  • Cash management (treasury);
  • Consolidation of data.

The automated system of budgeting allowed to exercise control of results of activity of the enterprise, to coordinate work of all its divisions and to do reasonable economic forecasts. Main achievements of the project:

  • decrease in labor costs on preparation of the reporting;
  • elimination of duplication of the reporting at the central office and branches of the company, emergence of an opportunity to control FED in all branches online;
  • increase in efficiency of acceptance of management decisions.

The Following Tasks Were Performed

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Sale of the selected software products
  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Training in group at office of the customer
