On January 29, 2014 the company the First BIT announced automation of network of Istoriya mini-hotels on the basis of the software product "BIT. Hotel 8" (Prof version).
Project Tasks
- Construct a single system of management of hotel;
- Create flexible methods of armoring with quick search of number, direct sending a booking confirmation for e-mail of the client and automatic calculation of the cost of living;
- Implement methods of control over activity of all services of hotel at the expense of history logging of work with all documents.
Project Results
- Considerably the procedure of armoring, settling and calculation of guests became simpler;
- Control over loading of hotels and work of personnel increased;
- There was an opportunity to manage two hotels in uniform information base.
- Within the project 5 jobs are automated.
The project of automation of Istoriya mini-hotels is implemented in August, 2012.
