Content

On January 28, 2014 INTALEV Group announced project completion on development of the development strategy of the enterprise and formalization of a balanced scorecard for the benefit of Ukrtransagro company.

Project Tasks

Top management of Ukrtransagro looked for management model the company which contributes to business development taking into account characteristic of the industry: existence of a large number of factors on which the profitability of the company depends, being at the same time out of a management influence zone. The management saw need for creation of a corporate system of strategic management for more effective promotion of the company to the purposes.

The command of INTALEV Group was selected the partner because of considerable experience of execution of similar projects.

Project Progress

Consultants suggested to create the system of strategic management on the basis of the balanced scorecard (BS) which is the most full answering to requests of the management of Ukrtransagro.

The project is begun with a seminar training of Boris Starinsky, managing partner INTALEV.

Project Results

Are developed and formalized:

  • mission, vision and principles/value of Ukrtransagro company,
  • diagnostics of key business processes using tools of the theory of constraints (TOS) and some Lean Production elements is carried out,
  • the strategy of the company for 3 years in the SSP card format is formulated.
