Main objectives of this project became: acceleration of service of passengers of Moscow Metro; reduction of queues in cash desks; decrease in load of ticket clerks of the subway; use of proximity bank cards in vending machines of tickets of the subway.
The IT developed and installed 1200 automatic machines in lobbies of stations of the subway that allowed to optimize one of the most expensive transactions on time – purchase of the ticket for 1 and 2 trips. Their reliability, a vandaloustoychivost and durability was one of the main requirements to automatic machines. The universality of construction of the automatic machine allowed after the carried-out upgrade, in addition to function of sale of tickets, to perform operations of replenishment of the card Three and also to use proximity cards of an international payment system MasterCard.
Basis of the vending machine of tickets is the hardware and software system created by specialists of Advanced Systems of Self-service company (enters into IT Group). Technical support of automatic machines in accordance with the terms of the public contract is performed by IT company.
