In JSC Transnefteproduct the LANDesk Service Desk system is implemented for accounting not of IT of incidents, and incidents connected with the primary productive activity. An automated system of control of fault recovery on objects of oil pipelines (19.1 thousand km. Oil pipelines) it is intended for registration and control of fault recovery, from registration of an emergency situation, the analysis, purpose of works, control of execution and before preparation of consolidated statements on the current situation on all subsidiary companies.
