He graduated from St. Petersburg Polytechnic University of Peter the Great with a degree in Economics and Management at the Enterprise and Computer Security.

13 years at Microsoft in various management positions (director of technology strategy, head of the partner business development team). So, as of April 2014, he worked as a manager for working with Microsoft partners (Partner Sales Executive, Microsoft Russia).

2022: Wone IT chief executive

On November 10, 2022, the company, a Wone IT full-cycle multivendor service IT company, announced the appointment of Pavel Chuzhmarov to the post of executive director.

The chief executive is a new position at Wone IT that did not previously exist at the company. The founders decided to strengthen the management team in connection with the active growth of the company and large-scale development plans. As executive director, Pavel Chushmarov is responsible for the implementation of the Wone IT strategy in the Russian market. Its tasks include growing the client base, expanding the portfolio of solutions and technological areas, developing the practice of import substitution, opening sales offices in new regions and increasing the operational efficiency of the business. It will also focus its efforts on developing the company's cloud services and competencies.

Pavel Chushmarov, who headed Wone IT since November 2022, has been appointed Deputy General Director for Strategic Development of Wone IT. Representatives of the company reported this on March 4, 2024. In this role, Pavel will focus on strategic initiatives, the development of business partnerships and the launch of new projects.
