The Italian oil industry workers entrusted management of finance in Russia to 1C

At the end of January, 2014 in Enya Energiya - the Russian representative office of the largest oil and gas Eni S.p.A group of Italy. - the project on development of an information system for management of corporate finances started. Reported about it Microtest, acting as integrator on the project.

The solution "1C: Corporate Finance Management 8" intended for management of finance and accounting as the isolated enterprises, and the enterprises united in groups (holdings, conglomerates and groups) was taken as a basis of a system.

The main objectives which are going to be solved with during the project is automation of accounting according to IFRS by broadcast of data of RAS, process automation of budgeting and integration with the accounting system at the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

In native Italy Eni S.p.A. manages finance in SAP, and in Russia - in 1C

The accounting system which is already used in Enya Energiya, in particular, is based on the product "1C: Accounting 8" and was implemented in the company in 2007. With its help in the company were automated accounting, tax and budget accounting, including the regulated reporting.

In Enya Energiya expect that the new implemented system will allow the company to automate accounting under RAS within functionality of the current accounting system based on "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Corporate Finance Management", to configure broadcast of postings according to standards and techniques of IFRS, to exercise budget planning and control, to manage cash flow and also to control performance of agreements with suppliers and buyers.

It should be noted what in the homeland and also in a number of foreign departments for management of finance of Eni S.p.A. uses the SAP solution. In particular, the module FI - one of the central components of SAP R/3 platform for centralized operation is for this purpose used by financial resources.
