On February 5, 2014 the Extreme Networks company provided Purview - the solution constructed on the basis of dedicated chips of own development. Purview helps to obtain the complete information about use of the applications working in network:

Projects

• The number of implementations of Purview began to increase in January when Extreme concluded partnership with National Football League (NFL), received the status of the official supplier of analytical solutions for optimization of Wi-fi of networks and began to help teams to manage "Big Data" and to improve the user experience for their fans. Now the solution Purview is used for monitoring and assessment of degree of satisfaction of fans at Ford Field stadiums (home stadium of the Detroit Lions command); Lincoln Financial Field (Philadelphia Eagles); Gillette Stadium (New England Patriots); and MetLife Stadium (home stadium for New York Giants, New York Jets and also the venue of the Super Bowl XLVIII championship).
• The school district of Troy in Michigan selected the solution of Purview for increase in transparency of use of applications in the network that helped the district to improve the user experience for students and teachers, to optimize performance of applications and to achieve the maximum reliability.
• At the forum of Society of medical information systems and management systems of HIMSS 2014 which took place in February, the solutions Extreme Networks were used for equipment of the pavilion of intellectual hospital. Purview became the first and only solution in the industry of health care which provides to medical institutions, clinics and hospitals unprecedented control of use of applications in their networks, allowing to analyze behavior of users, devices and content both in wire, and in the wireless networks.
