1C-Rarus implemented Alpha Car in car showroom "Penza Automaster"

On November 24, 2016 the 1C-Rarus company announced automation of Avtomaster salon Penza using software "the Alpha Car: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts".

Project Results

Staff of car showroom can quickly find all information on work with the client on the VIN code, number of a car or Full Name in a system. The uniform reference book of the addresses containing coordinates of customers, sellers, employees and potential clients is organized. A system allows to learn for several seconds about a status of the order of spare parts and to trace any document for the analysis and control of business operations. If spare parts are unavailable, the manager can independently pick up similar goods. In the program it is possible to consider and analyze data on the missed demand. A system gave opportunities for optimization and other important processes of work of salon: registration of the credits, insurance of a car, Trade-in purchase, management of warranty and service works. Implementation "Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти" optimized processes of Penza Automaster salon, having accelerated customer service.

2014

On February 7, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced automation of network of Avtomaster salons using software "the Alpha Car: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts".

Project Tasks

The company positions itself as a motor show of the European level and aims to provide high quality of the provided services and customer service. It was for this purpose decided to create an information system on the basis of the industry program. Having studied all offers in IT market, the management of network of salons stopped the choice on "Альфа-Авто:Автосалон+Автосервис+Автозапчасти". The developer company of the solution 1C-Rarus became the partner.

Project Progress

• Use of the program helped to automate the document flow connected with car sale: from a design of a request of the client before formation of a packet of payment documents and payment of the transaction.

• One of types of activity of the company - car sale with a run. The information system helps to carry out accounting and calculations of pre-sale preparation, installation of the additional hardware.

• Search of clients in different data: VIN, state. number of the car, Full Name and so on; an opportunity for work of managers only with the clients, tracking of efficiency of their work, prerecording on repair and value assessment of works.
