Keysystems: Property SMART

The Keysystems company announced in February, 2014 official release of the first version of the software package "Property SMART". The Municipal Sobstvennost-KS software product familiar to users intended for accounting and management of municipal and state property is translated to the new platform SMART allowing to automate key industry business processes in new scales.

Functionality of the Property SMART PC - the centralized information storage, an application service in the form of a set of WEB SERVICES and the functional "thin" client - allows to automate accounting and property management not only at the municipal level, but also at the level of the whole subject of the Russian Federation. The centralized use of the Property SMART PC in regional scale allows to create a common information space for all municipalities of the region, providing each user with the most up-to-date information about a status of a land and property complex both a single municipality, and the region in general.

The PC ""Property SMART" is developed in compliance with requirements of the current legislation among which basic provisions of the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of 8/30/2011 No. 424 "About the statement of the Order of maintaining registers of municipal property by local government authorities", the Federal law of 7/24/2007 No. 221-FZ "About the State Immovable Property Cadastre" and the Land code of the Russian Federation, the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 8/18/2008 No. 618 "About information exchange when maintaining the State Immovable Property Cadastre".
