"Communication security" upgrades an accounting system and interactions with personnel

On February 6, 2014 the 1C:VDGB company announced end of an implementation project of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" system, joint with Federal State Unitary Enterprise SVYAZ-bezopasnost.

Project Tasks

Increase in number of branches, geographically-distributed structure, expansion of fields of activity and growth of number of personnel demanded special approach to job management, personnel records, security and data protection, obtaining the consolidated statements.

Prior to the beginning of 2013 Federal State Unitary Enterprise SVYAZ-bezopasnost used an accounting system of ASFU developed based on "1C: Accounting 8" which began to satisfy not fully to requirements of the enterprise. Only upgrade of an information system could correct a situation.

At the end of 2012 the management of federal state unitary enterprise Federal State Unitary Enterprise SVYAZ-bezopasnost made the decision on expansion of a management system and business process automation of the organization and compensation, personnel records, payroll calculations and obtaining the consolidated statements, and considered the software products which are most full corresponding to requirements of the enterprise and allowing to solve assigned tasks with the smallest costs. As a basis for business process automation "The organization and compensation" selected software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP".

Project Progress

During the project integration of software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" with an accounting system of ASFU developed on the 1C Accounting 8 platform and unloading of data in different banking systems is configured.

Creation of the complete solution and implementation of software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" is executed by 1C:VDGB company within six months. 200 jobs are automated. Step-by-step replication of a system in filial structures is made.

Project Results

As a result of creation of the product-based unified information system of 1C Company in federal state unitary enterprise Federal State Unitary Enterprise SVYAZ-bezopasnost work of accounting, personnel department and payroll is completely automated.

The enterprise had an opportunity:

• plan working time of employees on objects on the basis of conditions of protection of an object and economic indicators;
• control executions of contractual conditions by means of comparison of the planned and actually fulfilled hours received from sheets of a worked time on each of objects;
• plan and control actually fulfilled hours on posts with object allowances on each object;
• create planned FOT on objects of protection on the basis of conditions of agreements, the approved staff list, with indication of all surcharges and allowances.
• create "calculation of FOT" in required cuts: in general on the district, the enterprise, branch
• create summary reports on charges and deduction of the salary by federal districts, branches, objects of protection, posts, to current agreements with Customers
• the mechanism of calculations of the PIT taking into account TOPS is developed
