Grechishnikov Alexey Viktorovich is the head of information technology of city administration of Tula.

Biography

Alexey was born on June 14, 1982, in the city of Pskov. An education was got at the Tula state university, by the engineer in "Automated information processing systems and managements", in 2004. In 2006 Alexey got second higher education - the lawyer, and in 2009 - the third - the economist.

From 2005 to 2007 worked in financial management of city administration of Tula.

In 2007 Alexey is appointed the assistant department head of information systems of financial calculations of financial management of city administration of Tula where worked for 2012.

Since 2012 Grechishnikov works as the head of information technology of city administration of Tula.

For February 6, 2014 Alexey Viktorovich Grechishnikov works as the head of information technology of city administration of Tula.
