On February 10, 2014 the NORBIT company announced the final of an implementation project of a customer relationship management system on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 platform in Oktoprint Service company.

Project Tasks

"Oktoprint Service" pays special attention to high quality of service. With growth of business the company had a need to consolidate accumulated information about clients and to increase efficiency of interaction with them.

Project Progress

Within the project specialists of NORBIT created the instrument of integration into databases (the dialog box allowing to connect signing up in CRM with record in one of three bases 1C used by the customer), the data model for consolidation of customer information in uniform base is configured and also work of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 with the Microsoft Outlook e-mail client is synchronized.

The functionality of the solution allowed to differentiate data access of clients and to create function of setup of individual access to certain records in base that, as a result, arranged work of sales managers. Employees of "Oktoprint" had an opportunity to receive online the necessary information about potential clients, including data on founders of the company. On the basis of this information the customer could make decisions on transactions more quickly.

One of important project tasks - reduction of the database of clients to the uniform unified format. For this purpose experts of NORBIT implemented in the CRM system several mechanisms, including, selection of a mask for input of phone numbers. The searching tool of the organization for a TIN or the name (a part of the name) is configured.
