Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution:

  • the mechanism of calculation of the extra fees, according to provisions operating at the enterprise is implemented;
  • the block by calculation of a piece-work pay is significantly finished and added;
  • the mechanism of calculation of surcharge for combination of professions in several ways is implemented;
  • printing of mail notifications is implemented;
  • the mechanism of accounting of annual leaves is significantly finished and added;
  • the mechanism of maintaining the staff list ASZUP is significantly finished and added;
  • the algorithm of formation of postings with automatic filling of internal analytics on accounts is finished;
  • the set of the internal reporting of the enterprise is developed.

Maintenance:

  • The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
  • The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made
  • Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed
  • Setup and check of access to the Internet version of ITS and to Internet services "Ask a Question to the Line of Consultations of 1C", "Ask a Question to the Auditor" is made
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed.

Description

Implementation of an automated system of salary and personnel management (ASZUP) in FGUP Russian Post is performed within the large-scale project of FGUP Russian Post starting in 2010. The project included business process automation of personnel records and payroll, accounting and tax accounting, commercial (operational) accounting. As a result of competitive selection for project implementation on development of drawing configurations and their subsequent implementation the contractor — ALP Group company was selected. The ASZUP system was implemented based on the standard configuration "Salary and Personnel Management" of the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform which was finished by project teams of ALP Group taking into account specifics and requirements of FGUP Russian Post. Development of the drawing version of a system was complete in the IV quarter 2010.

The project included the next stages:

  • development and pilot implementation, (2 branches) — January – February, 2011;
  • pilot replication, 1 queue (14 branches) — February – April, 2011;
  • pilot replication, the 2nd queue (8 branches) — February – October, 2011;
  • replication, 1 queue (18 branches) — April – August, 2011;
  • replication, the 2nd queue (20 branches) — October, 2011 – September, 2012;
  • replication, the 3rd queue (7 branches) — October, 2011 – October, 2012.

During projects implementation by specialists of ALP Group large-scale programs of preparation and technical support of users and specialists were performed. Educational seminars and conferences were held, the centralized technical and methodical support was given. Active user support of systems in payroll periods and reportings was performed. According to the results of trial operation by branches closings of settlement periods on the salary were successfully performed, the regulated reporting in funds and tax authorities is prepared and handed over, calculations for taxes and contributions are made.

Implementation of ASZUP allowed FGUP Russian Post to solve the following problems:

  • unify business processes regarding personnel records and payroll in all 69 branches;
  • centralize control functions of NSI at the level of HEY federal state unitary enterprise;
  • increase reliability of accounting personnel these branches;
  • lower labor costs on conducting personnel records and calculation of compensation;
  • reduce labor input of collecting and synthesis of data of personnel records of geographically distributed sections of the enterprise;
  • reduce the labor input connected with preparation and submission of reports to funds and tax authorities.

The regulations of interaction on support of software products are developed and enacted. In 2011 the automated control system for incidents (SUI) — own development of ALP Group company is put into operation. This system represents the center of interaction on implementation projects and supports of the drawing solution and includes Service-Desk, the block of project planning and control over the implementation course. Within SUI the knowledge base on the project (instructions, methodical recommendations) is created. At the moment the knowledge base contains about 15,000 documents.

  • Software installation on the customer's computers
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Integration into third-party automation systems
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
