ABB Group completed transition to paperless document flow

On February 11, 2014 enterprises of the ITG Consulting Group - JSC BC Soft (BC Soft) and FITKON LLC reported: setup of processes of exchange of electronic invoices in the Russian representative office of ABB concern is complete.

Project Tasks

The corporate information standard for ABB are solutions of the German company SAP AG. Until recently all entering electronic invoices manually were introduced by employees Russian ABB into an information system based on the software of Basware company and after approval were transferred to SAP ERP. Outgoing invoices in electronic form were not used.

Project Results

During the project all systems are united in a uniform circuit. For February 11, 2014 processes of exchange of the entering and outgoing electronic invoices are completely automated: sending and obtaining electronic invoices is performed directly from SAP ERP, seamlessly integrated with a system Diadoc by means of CircuitERP Diadoc the solution "-" of the company SKB Kontur. The solution is developed in close cooperation with vendor and most focused on standard functionality SAP ERP.

"Its principal component is a set of the libraries (SDK) implemented in the ABAP language. It allows our partners to use the solution as the platform for development of own software products, than fully and BC Soft companies and FITKON used" — Andrey Gladkikh, the Kontur-ERP Diadoc project manager of SKB Kontur company noted.

Besides, the entering electronic invoices and their statuses began to be reflected almost instantly in SAP ERP at their emergence in the operator of electronic document management (e-document flow). Also the procedure of sending to the partner of delivery receipts became simpler. Outgoing invoices form, subscribe and go to the operator of e-document flow only clicking of several buttons in a single window of management directly from SAP ERP. The legal importance of electronic documents is provided by means of use of procedures of formation and verification of the electronic signature of the CryptoPro CSP cryptoprovider meeting all requirements of state standard specifications and the Russian legislation.
