Description

The TechnoNIKOL corporation (2012) is 35 production sites in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania and the Czech Republic, own retail chain stores from 180 departments and representation in 35 countries. Clients of Corporation are over 300 independent dealers and more than 50,000 organizations and individuals in Russia, the CIS countries, the Baltic, Eastern and Central Europe. The management of TechnoNIKOL Corporation for workflow optimization, in particular, of implementation of the HR policy of the enterprise, requirements planning in personnel, solving of tasks of ensuring business by the personnel, managements of competences, obucheniye, employee assessments, management of financial motivation of personnel, effective planning of employment of personnel, registration of personnel and the analysis of personnel structure, purchased the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP" software product.

The "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product allowed to solve the following problems:

  • requirements planning in personnel;
  • solving of tasks of ensuring business by the personnel - selection, questioning and assessment;
  • management of competences and employee assessment;
  • management of financial motivation of personnel;
  • effective planning of employment of personnel;
  • registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure.

The First BIT is configured by experts of the company automatic data exchange with the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 PROF" system in which full-function account of personnel of all Corporation – managerial and regulated is kept.
