On February 9, 2014 BSS Engineering announced start of a system of centralized accounting of charges and payments in the Moscow region, by request the Ministry of public administration, information technologies and communications of the Moscow region.
Project Results
The created system is intended for interaction of public authorities and local government of the Moscow region with GIS GMP, according to the Order of Federal Treasury of 11/30/2012 N of 19 N "About the statement of the Order of maintaining the State information system about the state and municipal payments", regarding sending charges and receiving the facts of payment.
The centralized information system "Accounting of Charges and Payments of the Moscow Region" is a subsystem of RSMEV of the Moscow region.
As a technology basis of the solution the information system UNP integrated with the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction of the Moscow region is used. Ease of deployment and integration of the information system UNP allowed to execute the project in the minimum terms.
