The PKB Barite implements an accounting system

On February 14, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced automation of accounting and tax accounting in "the PKB Barite" implementation of software "1C: Accounting of the construction organization".

Project Tasks

When choosing an information system the management "the PKB Barite" specified the main criterion for assessment of suitability of the software product - accounting of specific transactions. On studying of offers in the market of IT services the company gave preference to the solution "1C: Accounting of the construction organization".

In structure "1C: Accounting of the construction organization" a set of ready primary documents on accounting of the capital investments, work in progress of engineering works, on accounting of the Inventories and other documents approved by Resolutions of Goskomstat of the Russian Federation. In the program the planned cost of services with a possibility of creation of the local estimate, sheet of labor and material resources, calculation of marginal income for the estimate forms, and then transfer of the performed works on the basis of the created estimate calculation is reflected.

Project Progress

Automation specialists carried out 1C-Rarus - in addition they executed loading of the address qualifier and works with the program rendered consulting services at first.

Project Results

The created system helps to make accounting of the performed works at all stages of project implementation, reflects settlement with suppliers, subcontractors, buyers and customers, helps to plan work and to analyze the capital investments.
