The cloud service Virtual office is the solution which is set up according to requirements of the company and can be integrated with the available IT infrastructure and services of the customer. Use of a cloud service well at any time from any device having Internet access without installation of the additional software.

The cloud service developed by Softline company Virtual office insufficient qualification of IT personnel, use of non-licensed programs, change of parameters of business, etc. allows to exclude such risks as theft, breakdown or loss of the server and the data which are stored on it. The solution is focused on the companies of small and medium business (including, startups), on individual entrepreneurs. Owing to specifics of activity such customers need the inexpensive and flexible IT functionality allowing to react quickly to market conditions.

• Microsoft Office 365 – the solution integrating usual Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher and Access), corporate mail, video conferences, file storage, a possibility of creation of the corporate website and the internal portal.
• Service 1C in "cloud" gives the chance to keep accounting and tax accounting, to control business and to manage it, to hand over the reporting on the Internet. At the same time applications 1C can be located as in data center Softline, and Microsoft Windows Azure.
• CRM in "cloud" will allow the company to manage sales, to keep track of activity of the available clients and to attract new.
• Backup in "cloud" is intended for automatic preserving of files of any types: documents, archives from personal computers or servers, e-mail correspondence, the database, etc. Backup copies are stored in encrypted form.
• Transfer of the server in "cloud" will allow to place data from the physical server of the customer on the selected virtual server in data center of Softline. At the same time the client will save, both a possibility of use of own software licenses, and lease.
