"OAK" implements an EDMS implementation project to the sphere of corporate management

On February 14, 2014 OAK announced transition to electronic document management in the field of corporate management.

Project Tasks

"With development of business processes in corporation there was a need to upgrade internal information space, to provide the centralized storage of all documents in electronic form, fast and convenient work with them, more effective control of terms and workmanship of solutions", - Alexander Tulyakov, the executive vice president of JSC OAK noted.

Project Results

In JSC OAK system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) of corporate management is complete. It allows to solve problems of automation of documentary providing corporate management processes of OAK and child, dependent societies, formation of the centralized storage of electronic documents.

In addition to the solution on the Directum platform developers, especially for JSC OAK, created the new module "Corporate management". The module is focused on work with problems of planning, preparation and holding general shareholder meetings, meetings of Boards of Directors, Committees of SD, Boards.

As a part of EDMS the general calendar synchronized with the application on the Outlook MS platform. The color gradation - for visual assessment of quantity and implementation phases of actions is used.

Further integration of the module "Corporate management" Directum with electronic document management systems in the child organizations regarding issue of instructions for the decisions made at meetings and meetings of collegiate organs of JSC OAK is planned.

"In January, 2014 in addition to input in commercial operation of the module "Corporate management" EDMS Directum the subproject of implementation of the module started "Directum: Office-work" regarding processing of the entering, outgoing and organizational and administrative documents, issue of instructions and control of their execution. On the approved plan the subproject of implementation of the module "is implemented by Directum: Contract management", including, including, and integration with "OAK" the information systems which are available into joint stock company 1C and Oracle Hyperion", - told Andrey Timoshkin, the director of IT department of corporation.
