Alexander in Moscow was born on September 7, 1971.
Graduated at the higher school of privatization and an entrepreneurship in 2001. In 2003 graduated from institute of economy and finance Synergy, in "law".
From 1993 to 2008 worked in JSC MiG Russian Aircraft Corporation, holding positions from the chief of bureau to the director of the department of property management.
Since 2008 on works in JSC OAK, at first as the director of the department of property management, since April, 2009 as the vice president for administrative matters, since June, 2011 - as the executive vice president.
For February 14, 2014 Alexander Vladimirovich Tulyakov works as the executive vice president of JSC OAK.
