On February 14, 2014 the INFOPRO group announced a victory in request for proposals on rendering services in migration of the system of the joint communications (SJC) of IDGC of Volga branch of JSC - Orenburgenergo in domain structure of the Active Directory and an address space of JSC IDGC of Volga.

Project Tasks

The contractor should inspect an object, to develop and approve the engineering design. Then carrying out commissioning on creation, testing and acceptance of new SOK, its trial operation is supposed.

At the final stage it is necessary to carry out migration from old SOK on new. Within six months since system launch in operation specialists of INFOPRO Group will support the customer regarding rendering technical and consulting support concerning functioning of a system.

Project Results

On August 11, 2014 INFOPRO Group announced the final of the project of migration of the system of the joint communications (SJC) of IDGC of Volga branch of JSC - Orenburgenergo under control of structure the Active Directory and address IT space of JSC IDGC of Volga.

The system of the joint communications of IDGC is created on the platform of products Microsoft. Specialists of INFOPRO Group carried out the analysis of structure of the systems of e-mail and the conference communication operating in IDGC of Volga branch of JSC - Orenburgenergo and its production divisions.

Based on inspection the project solution for implementation of services of the joint communications on the basis of systems Microsoft (Exchange 2013 Lync 2013 Microsoft Sharepoint 2013) in the new domain entering into structure Active Directory IDGC of Volga of JSC is developed.

Main system performance:

  • secure access to e-mail through uniform point of entry, it is not dependent on location of the user
  • use as clients of mobile devices
  • processing and preserving of voice messages
  • the available tool for communications between any structural divisions and employees using SOK.
  • ensuring the instant messaging between users of a system which is not depending on availability of the Internet to users in corporate network.
  • convenience of joint work with office documents in network.
  • the high level of readiness and operational recovery at critical failures.

For August 11, 2014 a system is put into operation. Specialists of INFOPRO Group render services of technical and consulting support.
