On February 13, 2014 it became known of the beginning of the project in Russian Trust Bank (RTB) bank on implementation of the automated control system for customer relations on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 platform. The partner in the project Corus Consulting group.

Project Tasks

Project objective, according to data in media - to increase quality and service rate of clients of RTB, to optimize the existing service models. On the way of achievement of this purpose implementation of the new CRM system having ampler opportunities.

"Desire of the client to maintain the relations with bank is under construction, first of all, on that how the bank shows consideration for time expenditure of the client and his wishes — Oksana Malkina, the vice chairman of the board of "Russian of Trust Bank" noted. — Our purpose — most quickly to provide to clients information on their financial status and to offer products which could be useful at the right time. The solution of Corus Consulting on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, considering experience of cooperation of integrator with the banking sector and the number of implementations of the platform in the financial industry, is for us an optimal variant".

Project Progress

During the project specialists of Corus Consulting Group should automate processes of attraction and maintenance of clients, account management of corporate and private clients, card products, crediting, the systems of credit scoring of RTB. It is supposed that project implementation will take six months.

"It is already the second project "Korus Konsaltinga" on automation of work with clients on the platform of the last release Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 which appeared at the end of last year. "The Russian Trust Bank" selected the newest version of a system for the reasons of more developed functionality corresponding to difficult processes of service, characteristic of the banking sector — Maria Bar-Biryukova, the Head of Department of CRM of Corus Consulting Group told. — Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 will allow bank to strengthen competitive positions thanks to increase in a customer loyalty".

Project Results

On June 30, 2014 the Corus Consulting company announced completion of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 in IT infrastructure of Russian Trust Bank.

"Quality and speed of service which we offer our clients – the major indicators on which improvement we constantly work, - Oksana Malkina, the vice chairman of the board of "Russian of Trust Bank", the curator of the block of sales noted. – For this purpose we use modern technologies and we increase efficiency of process management systems. Implementation of the new version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 allowed us to reduce significantly terms of the analysis of documents and to improve procedures of internal approvals therefore we can provide services to our clients much quicker, than earlier. So, process of issuance of credit in the form of an overdraft to our retail clients takes no more than three days from the moment of the first address now, and the organization which wishes to open the account in "the Russian Trust Bank", will also be able to make it within 3 days".

The solution automates work of two business divisions: managements of crediting and department of opening of accounts of legal entities. A system helps the employees interacting with clients with a foreground mode to control processes of issuance of credits and opening of accounts.

"The Russian Trust Bank" also carried out retrofitting of jobs of users they met the requirements for work with a new CRM system. The solution is integrated with the core banking system, a scoring and mail system.

"The solution which we proposed to "the Russian Trust Bank" meets all requirements for high-speed performance, security and reliability which are so important for financial institution. The maximum use of standard mechanisms of business processes of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 became one of features of the project. It means that making changes happens rather simply and if business processes of bank slightly exchange, then the administrator will be able independently to reflect it in a system, without asking for the help the system integrator", - Maria Bar-Biryukova, the Head of Department of CRM of CORUS Consulting Group told.
