Trade and Development Bank optimizes the scheme of licensing of software

On February 19, 2014 the representative office of Softline announced conclusion of an agreement of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement with Trade and Development Bank (Mongolia).

Business development of Trade and Development Bank required selection of optimal strategy of the informatization capable to provide opportunities for dynamic growth. The bank selected the corporate scheme of licensing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement allowing to control expenses on acquisition of the software.

Microsoft Enterprise Agreement is the program of corporate licensing intended for the organizations ready to select the Microsoft platform as the corporate standard and the having 250 and more PCs and servers. The agreement of EA will give the chance of Trade and Development Bank to considerably lower load of the IT budget as terms of the contract provide stage payment for purchased by software within three years.

Project Progress

The program of licensing selected by bank includes the option Software Assurance (SA), she will help to use most effectively purchased by software and to install current versions of products of Microsoft. During the term of the agreement the packet of additional services according to the SA program — training in the certified training centers, technical support of server products, the right to use Office on home PCs, a subscription to TechNet Plus and many other things is provided to customers.
