"The uniform service of Novosibirsk on duty and dispatching" implements the automation equipment of processing of citizens' appeals

On February 21, 2014 the Technologika company announced implementation in MKU "Uniform Service on Duty and Dispatching (USDD) of Novosibirsk" of the software solution the automated workplace "Managers EDDS".

Project Tasks

"The uniform service on duty and dispatching (USDD) of Novosibirsk" worked at the outdated solution Microsoft Access. A system did not cope with processing of the increased data streams and also demanded from managers of big time expenditure on input of data.

The department of communication and informatization of the city made the decision - to transfer the software used in EDDS to the modern platform that allowed to expand systems capabilities, to increase the speed of operation of managers at information processing about shutdowns, to integrate it with the City Life Support Systems portal on which the most up-to-date information on shutdowns in the city is displayed. The Technologika company acted as the contractor.

Project Progress

Specialists of Technologika carried out the analysis of the existing software and developed the plan of its upgrade. As the new platform selected the product Microsoft SharePoint. The developed Automated Workplace of the Manager EDDS system solved all assigned tasks.

Project Results

A system is started in agreed time frames, underwent trial operation.
