"MFC of the city of Gorno-Altaysk" implements the automation system

On February 20, 2014 it became known of start of an information system in MFC of the city of Gorno-Altaysk. IT solution is developed and implemented by AT Consulting Siberia company.

Project Tasks

According to requirements of the legislation, by 2015 not less than 90% of citizens should have access to receiving state services in the principle of "one window". The solution developed by AT Consulting Siberia promotes program implementation.

The Ministry of Economic Development of Altai Republic which is responsible for work of regional network MFC found the IT solution corresponding to geographical and infrastructure conditions of the region.

"When choosing the solution we considered simplicity of installation and operation of a system, – Mikhail Shanin, the head of department of information policy and formation of the electronic government of the Ministry of Economic Development of Altai Republic emphasized. – It is important for development of MFC based on the attracted organizations. The program should be intuitive to the user and not demand from him any special skills. The solution implemented by us has the minimum infrastructure requirements and a cloud computing architecture. For start of the program of rather normal computer with the web browser and Internet access".

Project Progress

"We integrated a software package of MFC with the basic infrastructure elements of the Electronic government, – Dmitry Gokov, the CEO of "AT Consulting Siberia" told. – In particular, integration with the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI) allows to send many documents of applicants from MFC to authorities on communication channels in a digital paperless form. Express transfer does not become necessary. On digital channels it is possible to receive also result of rendering a number of services, now all MFC have the right to certify and issue the statements received remotely from information systems of departments".

The software package for Electronic Data Interchange has enough line of 128 Kbps - special offline module creates statements even at total absence of communication. All electronic documents will be sent to destination right after emergence of connection.
