History

2011

In April 2011, ALTIUS SOFT developed new customer service packages. Now customers can use not only individual services, but also order new, comprehensive packages of services.

• Maintenance Package. This service package includes the installation of new versions of programs, and work with the database: copying, checking its "correctness," etc.
• Implementation Assistance Package. This package of services provides comprehensive consultations of ALTIUS SOFT specialist on work in any developer program. It includes recommendations such as "where to start" and the development of individual recommendations for work in the program in a non-standard situation. This package also includes a video course on working in the program, an examination of the specifics of the company's activities to develop proposals for maintaining management records, and other additional capabilities.
• Quick Start Package. This package of services deserves the greatest attention. With its help, the employees of the customer company can begin work in the program as soon as possible. The Quick Start package contains both the installation of the program and training for working in it (after studying the video course, the teacher conducts additional classes with users to pin the material). This package also provides the ability to configure the program, monitor and observe various technical aspects of its installation, and implement part of the capabilities from the package of services "Implementation Assistance."

2006

In 2006, the main product of the company was created - the construction enterprise management system ALTIUS - Construction Management.
