OFT Group was established in 2002. It has its own production facilities for assembling personal computers and server equipment. Technical expertise for the implementation of complex IT projects of various complexity aimed at technological development and improving the efficiency of customers' business.

2024: Revenue growth by 60.4% to RUB 6.77 billion

As TAdviser found out in early August 2025, the IT integrator OFT Group in 2024 received revenue of 6.77 billion rubles. This is 60.4% more than last year, when the figure was 4.22 billion rubles.

In the rating "TAdviser500: The largest IT companies in Russia," prepared by the analytical center TAdviser in August 2025, the company took 112th place. The revenue of the legal entity from the financial statements for 2023-2024 was taken into account. Excluding VAT. Read more here.

The cost of sales jumped by 61.4% - from 4.05 billion rubles to 6.54 billion rubles. Management expenses, as noted in the accounting documentation, decreased to zero, while commercial expenses increased by 19.4% - from 112.5 million rubles to 134.36 million rubles. Other revenues showed an increase of 75.1% - from 86.73 million rubles to 151.88 million rubles. Other expenses soared by 178.3%, amounting to 118.26 million rubles against 42.49 million rubles in 2023.

Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services on an annualized basis rose one and a half times - from 5.18 billion rubles to 7.99 billion rubles. Payments to suppliers (contractors) for raw materials, materials, works and services increased by 67.5% - from 4.87 billion rubles to 8.16 billion rubles. Expenses in connection with the remuneration of employees amounted to 57.04 million rubles, which is 27.6% more than a year earlier (44.71 million rubles).

The gross profit of OFT Group amounted to 224.03 million rubles: this is 34.9% more than in 2023, when it was 166.12 million rubles. Profit from sales more than doubled - from 42.54 million rubles to 89.67 million rubles. The company received 88.01 million rubles of net profit, which is 38.6% more than in 2023, when the result was 63.48 million rubles.

Accounts receivable as of December 31, 2024 are indicated in the amount of 295.43 million rubles against 161.21 million rubles a year earlier (plus 83.3%). At the same time, accounts payable decreased by 5.6% - from 475.97 million rubles to 449.5 million rubles. Net assets - 314.9 million rubles.^[1]

2020: Revenue growth by 18.2% to RUB 3,325 million

At the end of 2020, the revenue of OFT Group amounted to 3,325 million rubles, an increase of 18.2% compared to 2019, which allowed it to take 95th place in the ranking of TAdviser100: The largest IT companies in Russia 2021.
