On February 24, 2014 the contact center of Infotell announced end in December, 2013 of the project on providing service of outgoing telemarketing for the Moscow financial holding.
Project Tasks
Partners focused the project on increase in brand recognition of customer company in the market of automobile services, detailed informing and acquaintance of target audience with the provided company services Avtozaym by forces of call center operators of Infotell and also on identification of interest in acquisition of this or that product from a line of the supplier.
Project Results
In 10 days processing of base of the customer of 10 thousand contacts is carried out. The received contacts are entered by call center agents into the system of the customer that helped to establish operational cooperation between the interested consumers and representatives from Avtozaym company.
