On February 25 reported 1C-Rarus integrator that specialists of the company completed automation of problems of operational and management accounting in "central research institute design of residential and industrial buildings" implementation of software "1C: Trade Management 8".
Project Tasks
The company needed to systematize and automate the internal processes connected with order processing. Selecting an information system, the management stopped on "1C: Trade Management 8". Project implementation was entrusted by 1C-Rarus companies.
One of the reasons for which the company management selected "1C: Trade Management 8" - existence of control function by customer relations. The solution registers and saves the history of any contacts with customers: phone calls, e-mails, business meetings, etc. The present possibility allows to build productively communication with the client, based on earlier acquired information.
