On February 25, 2014 it became known of the project implemented by Beeper company ("Info content") - at the end of 2013 it started project implementation of service of the entering customer appeals of TransTeleCom telecommunication company.

Project Progress

According to messages in media, contact centers of the company service requests of individuals — clients of a TTK of two regions, providing technical support in the "Broadband Access in the Internet" and "Cable television" directions.

For February 25 the level of service for clients of a TTK is not less than 80%. Share of lost calls (Lost Call Rate) no more than 7%.
