Kazan Helicopter Plant (Projects of IT outsourcing)

The IBS Platformix system integrator completed the project of upgrade of the computer system in JSC Kazan Helicopter Plant. Updating of the existing resources was required due to the need of increase in computing power and reliability of work of the IT system of the company.

JSC Kazan Helicopter Plant (KHP) - one of the largest enterprises of the helicopter industry of Russia. The enterprise performs a full stroke of creation of helicopters from development before serial release and after-sale maintenance. According to the plan of modernization active equipment of the enterprise by the latest high-performance equipment is conducted in recent years, the unified processes and procedures are implemented.

For the purpose of ensuring continuity of business processes and reliability augmentation of the executed transactions there was a need for building of computing resources of JSC Kazan Helicopter Plant - the capacity of the existing equipment did not correspond to the increased volumes of the used information any more.

For the solution of this task delivery, installation and installation of dual-processor bleyd-HP servers of ProLiant BL460c Gen8 were performed. Use of this equipment allowed to create exclusively reliable and compact server system meeting performance requirements, security and scalability, and its low specific energy consumption will allow to reduce considerably ownership cost in use.
