The Altai edge Legislative Assembly drives to the old building with a new IT environment

On February 28, 2014 it became known creation modern engineering and IT infrastructures in the new building of the Altai edge Legislative Assembly.

Project Tasks

In 2013 the Altai edge Legislative Assembly received the three-storyed restored ^{building with a total area more than 4.5 thousand sq.m}. Repair and recovery of the dangerous structure built in 1979 took about 3 years.

"the STC of Galex" was faced by a task - to create and prepare for operation a complex modern engineering and the IT systems necessary for effective work of the new building of Legislative assembly.

Project Progress

Basic in infrastructure became SCS, integrating more than 250 jobs. The local computer network is unrolled on the basis of the Cisco switches Catalyst. This solution differs in ease of use and fault tolerance, provides necessary capacity and the high level of information security. For interaction of a LAN of Legislative assembly with a data network of Administration of Altai Krai external connection by means of the Cisco 3925 router is used.

In the project the modern multifunction digital telephony system on the basis of Cisco CallManager is used. As a hardware platform the Cisco Media Convergence Server (MCS) servers are used.

Project Results

In the big conference hall for work of deputies the automated system of conducting sessions is created. In the hall a digital full-function conference system from Bosch company with high quality of a sound and data transmission and also full control over a conference work progress is set. In workplaces of deputies the tablet computers working with the electronic agenda of sessions are installed.

Two Small Halls of meetings demonstrations of different materials, including the presentations, the training movies and so forth are equipped with the systems of audiovisual maintenance of sessions for a soundtrack of meetings and conferences.

Safety of the building is ensured by a control and management system for access and a video surveillance system.

Access isolation of employees and clients in administrative zones and premises of special appointment is provided with an access control system based on the equipment of NVP "RACE CAR". The video surveillance system for the round-the-clock monitoring and record of events in the most important points of an object of protection is implemented. The conditioning system of server premises and the premises of the UPS is organized.
