Biography

Alexander was born on January 26, 1978 in Moscow.

In 2000 graduated from Moscow State University of geodesy and cartography, qualification – the city inventory engineer. In 2002 degree of the master of the equipment and technology for the Geodesy direction is awarded.

From 2002 to 2005 worked as the manager of the sector of the graphic information, the deputy chief of Information analysis department of state unitary enterprise of the city of Moscow the Moscow City Bureau of Technical Inventory.

In 2005 and till April, 2006 Alexander is a head of department, the deputy head of department of technical accounting and inventory of objects of capital construction of the Federal agency of the inventory of a real estate.

From 2006 to February, 2011 worked as the deputy chief, the first deputy chief, the chief of state unitary enterprise of the city of Moscow the Moscow City Bureau of Technical Inventory.

For March 5, 2014 Alexander Yuryevich Serov works as the managing director SUE Mosgorgeotrest.

Married. There is a son.
