SDM-Motors automates sales management

On March 5, 2014 1C-Rarus announced automation using the software product "the Alpha Car: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts" SDM-Motors companies.

Need of comfort of work of managers, creations of conditions for development and growth of business, led the management of SDM-Motors to the solution to automate business sales processes. The solution with ample functional and analytical opportunities which allowed to optimize costs and provided necessary information for adoption of the operational and adjusting solutions was required.

The management of online store selected software "the Alpha Car: Motor show + Car service + Auto parts".

Project Results

A new system allows to monitor work of shop quickly:

• Remaining balance and turnovers of ATVs;
• Status of orders;
• The statuses of the ordered ATVs;
• Analysis of sales.

The program optimized work of the service center "SDM-Motors": to effectively plan and control carrying out repairs and service of motor-transport.

For convenience of work of specialists a system contains cards of clients with contact information, the history of addresses and settlement, with data on ATVs. Managers can calculate previously exact repair cost today, quickly approving it with the client and by that increasing efficiency of interaction.
